The play, directed by Dr. Jack Winget, is often considered the greatest American Drama ever written. It exposes the emotional lies governing relationships in a wealthy Southern family while exploring the human experience and our inability to communicate, which inevitably leads to loneliness.
A talented cast and crew from Baldwin Wallace University will present THE PRIME OF MISS JEAN BRODIE, a tale of power, scandal and betrayal at a Highlands school for girls. Directed by Jack B. Winget, the production runs April 9-13 in the William Allman Theater, Kleist Center for Arts & Drama, 95 East Bagley Road, Berea. Audiences will enjoy the distinctive experience of alley stage seating and the added spectacle of high energy Scottish dancing between acts.
